Dit schilderij heet Circles of Life en je ziet allereerst een prachtige zonsondergang in de winter bij Lac de Saint-Point in Frankrijk. De hemel kleurt rood, het meer wordt paars en de sneeuw lijkt blauw. Over het schilderij heen zijn cirkels geborduurd, van zwart via alle kleuren van de regenboog naar wit, en van midden onder naar rechtsboven. Deze cirkels symboliseren het leven met een begin en een eind. Dat geldt voor iedereen en is voor iedereen weer anders. Het zijn dan ook geen perfecte cirkels en de zwarte cirkel is nog open. Je geeft je eigen cirkel deels vorm door de manier waarop je in het leven staat. Het lied dat hier prachtig bij past is: Circle of Life van Elton John.
